our classic cape house has two levels: the main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, queen bedroom and one full bath Upstairs are two additional large bedrooms and a second full bath. plus central ac to keep you cool!
the main level contains a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary chef’s tools, plus an island with seating for two Our decked out coffee bar includes everything you need to stay caffeinated: a drip coffee machine, French press, bean grinder, and pour over equipment. The dining room is open to kitchen and has seating for 6. Our cozy & tastefully decorated living room has a smart TV, books, games, and puzzles.
there is one bedroom downstairs which contains a queen sized bed Directly next to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom with shower.
head upstairs to the second floor with two large front-to-back bedrooms Bedroom 2 (on the left) contains 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 (on the right) has two double beds, as well as an office nook with desk, in case you have to hop on any dreaded Zoom calls. Between the two upstairs rooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
all bedrooms are equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses & pillows, blankets, and duvets Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided for your convenience.
no cape vacation is complete without an outdoor shower, and ours is spacious, clean, and has plenty of hooks to hang your clothes and towels enjoy grilling out on our new weber gas grill, which is connected via natural gas line
(no dealing with annoying propane tanks) The large patio out back has a dining table with seating for 8, as well as several Adirondack chairs and a large hammock for lounging.

we are located in great harbors, a private community with family-friendly, quiet streets perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride Our house is <1 block from a small neighborhood beach on Great Pond where you can launch your kayak, as well as FREE amenities like a playground, basketball court, and baseball diamond.
**from june 29th to labor day, guest passes can be secured for access to the private pool (overlooking the water), club house, tennis and pickleball courts These amenities are just 1 block from the house! Pool is open from June 29 - Labor Day. Tennis/pickleball courts are open seasonally from May-October.
for those who are walkers, the surrounding neighborhood provides multiple opportunities for water views within a short distance! a very quick bike ride along the ocean to falmouth harbor, falmouth heights, and beyond we will even provide you with a custom guide book recommending the best walks from the house :)
